If you are dissatisfied with the Membership for any reason, RX SAVERS will refund the amount paid for your most recent month of service. Refund requests must be made directly to RX SAVERS at email@example.com. All refund requests must be made by at least 5 days before the last day of the current membership month in order to receive a refund for that month’s Membership. Promptly following RX SAVERS’s receipt of your request (typically within five (5) business days), RX SAVERS will credit the amount paid for the previous month’s Membership to the credit card or bank account you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RX SAVERS does not control when a specific credit card company or bank processes a chargeback or refund transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. RX SAVERS will not provide a refund for the previous month if a request is received by RX SAVERS after 5 days prior to last day of the Membership month. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
Full Refunds – We will provide a full refund if you get denied by all PAP programs that we are assisting you in applying for. Simply supply the denial letters to RX SAVERS within 90 days of the date of each denial. This complete refund offer does not apply to situations where you are accepted into at least one PAP program.
